About Us

At Cloud IX, we believe in transforming pain into purpose and creating lasting change through innovative, trauma-informed technology. Our story begins in January 2023, with our founder Isabella Kulstad, a Tulane University student and a survivor of sexual violence. Isabella’s deeply personal journey navigating campus resources revealed critical gaps in support systems for survivors. Determined to make a difference, she set out to create a solution that bridges the divide between students and the resources they deserve—confidential, accessible, and empowering.

From building AI-driven tools to fostering campus partnerships, we combine expertise in product development, education, and trauma-informed care to deliver meaningful solutions.
